Sometimes when updating the Play Nine app your subscription will need to be added back to your account. 

This is easy!

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Play Nine app
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
  3. Find the button: "Restore Purchases"
  4. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  5. Wait 10 seconds
  6. If your subscription has not been updated, please close the app and start Play Nine again
  7. Your subscription and purchases shoul be available
