Sometimes when updating the Play Nine app your subscription will need to be added back to your account.
This is easy!
Just follow these simple steps:
- Open the Play Nine app
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
- Find the button: "Restore Purchases"
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Wait 10 seconds
- If your subscription has not been updated, please close the app and start Play Nine again
- Your subscription and purchases shoul be available
